- If you purchased your products on russellsocks.com within the last 90 days, you can start a return by emailing returns@russellsocks.com and include your order #, Name & Address. Someone will then send you instructions on how to exchange your socks for another pair.
- If you purchased your Fashion Foot socks from a retailer, or it's been more than 90 days since your purchase, we’ve got you covered. Just send your laundered pair of socks in question to:
